if anyone wishes to contact me i am on possolofare@aol.com and would love to hear from any of you who were so very welcoming to me onto this great atkins forum. that was about 99% of you.

i am not making the diet work for me yet. i am sticking to it rigidly and lost an initial 6 pounds on induction then a further 4 in the next two weeks BUT have been putting it on and taking it off again ever since. it is very demoralising. it has been even more crippling to read on there every other day 'i started on june 6th (same day as me) and i have lost 30/27/46/3000000 pounds... how is everyone else doing?' i am on shed loads of medication for a nerve condition i was born with that i just had neuro surgery for in london... but still. i need to lose the 70 pounds pills added onto me.

so i am working with the fabulous sensational and kind
colette heimovitz alone as apparently a few people on the forum were rather dazzled by my light and so i got asked, for the sake of forum peace and NOT in the form of a complaint or a warning or anything to 'tone myself down' or 'dim my bright light' but... i couldn't...i cant!...i am who i am. also i cant afford the time i was spending on the forum while i was repetition-learning my next show. but how i miss some of you...so so so much

i am thrilled to have found this diet though its not giving me the results i crave yet because it has eradicated my blood sugar cravings highs and lows and i don't feel ill/hungry/faint. but for whatever reason (probably meds related) its not falling off me yet. it will do. i am totally determined about that.
