Bio

Hi, My name is Robin and this is my first time on Atkins. I work at a hospital and am on my feet all day. I am on call and work a lot of OT. I live on a farm and raise horses and some cows. I compete on my horse in rodeos. When I am overweight it really effects my riding. That is my main motivator. Not looks, I just want to be comfortable on my horse again.
My husband of 33 years is now and has always been thin, and it is not because he watches what he eats. The man can eat ANYTHING and not gain weight. My son , is in college, like his father he can eat anything. I love to cook healthy for both of them.
