Hi everyone.
Probably a bit of a stupid question but I can find the list of foods that you are allowed to eat?!
How do I get the list up?
Thanks

Good morning!!!
Thank you.
Did this diet before but it made me feel really ill all the time and I ahd no energy. Dont know what I was doing wrong, I was losing weight but had to stop because of that.
Now i'm trying again starting tomorrow with my partner, who had the same side effects last time.
Has anyone else had the same thing?
It sounds like you were not eating enough..

I use fatsecret.com to track my net carbs. It will count it all for you and they have name brands and restaurants in their database too.
You can set it for Atkins and to count fiber and net carbs so all you have to do is look at a glance and know where you are in your day.
It also has phone apps to track from there.
Tracking will help you get the best result and know what you are actually eating.
Thank you I will take a look.
"The Atkins Flu" is a common side effect of the early days in Phase 1. Usually 1 to 5 days. It's your body going thru sugar and carbohydrate withdrawls. If you stick with it, then it WILL go away and then you will get a burst of energy that you just won't know what to do with!
Make sure you're getting enough of everything, veggies, healthy fats, and protien, and water! And stick with it!
