so a couple of questions

i had to start induction over because i ate some foods that i wasnt spossed to on thelast day of the 2nd week. so my question is am i allowed to eat low carb tortilla like it says one the acceptable food list i think
is half and half and low carb milk okay

Go to the top of your computer and click on 'program',
it will take you to Phase 1:Induction-Acceptable Food List.
This is what I printed. It's a great tool. Only eat these foods for your first 2 weeks. You can actually stay on this Phase for much longer.

Read the information on this site. Lots of good reading and there are tutorials and tests that you can take.

the milk is also no.

If you completed 2 weeks of clean induction, with only a slip on the last day, you can still move onto OWL - I would try to complete a couple of more days of induction at least, then move on.

Also - it is important to figure out what triggered you to clip so you can have a plan in place for the next time the same situation come up.

no tortillas until you hit the grains rung of OWL. Low carb or not, it's still a grain.

Milk, definitely not. There's no such thing as low carb milk, unless it's heavy cream.
