because there aren't many vegs that i like and all the others are higher in carbs and i need to stay low on carbs in induction
love it so much i can eat it everyday
Fit Day says
16 oz raw
12.9 carbs
dietary fiber 12.2
net carbs 0.7 ?
is this correct ?
JOHN
my fitday says 30 grams and 12 grams = 18 grams, pretty much your entire day of carbs
actually 30.1 and 12.8 = 17.3..........are you sure you have ounces selected. use raw ...and if you change something in fitday you have to hit the save changes button for it to update or you will not see the correct numbers, it doesn't automatically update. Outside of that I think it's an operator error.
JohhnyG - I'm getting the same numbers as you. I use the PC version of FitDay and it rounds numbers, so I'm getting 13 carbs, 12 fiber, 1 net carb. Seems in line with your totals when rounding is considered for my program.

What the heck are you looking up, JS? Try "Broccoli raab, raw." Maybe it's in there under different spellings with different numbers, but I know that it's a very low carb veggie, so your counts can't be correct.
