So I had to try, but unfortunately not quite suitable for inductions, as the total ncarbs runs up to 28!!!
I see epatti had problems the other way around, so I have my doubts ...

You have to pick your phase..
I did a generic "phase 1 " search and the carbs ranged from 18 to 29.
Looks like there are a few bugs to work out.

I tried to use this tool when I first started Atkins in March and the same "bugs" were in it, but it is a very good guide though. It would still be useful...just make your own tweaks :-)
Oh Emma, alas, I cannot explain the meal planner other than to say it's the on-line equivalent of the keto sticks -- good for inspiration but little more.
Unhappily, no matter how much you want to, you cannot do to the meal planner what you do to the keto sticks, satisfying though that might be...

i think it the meal planner is a good tool but the carb counts are off by like alot even when you put in phase one. the menu plans are great if you were a chef no one in realty i dont beleve eats some of the things that were listed on the meal planner were too busy. simple is best too complex makes me overwhelmed.
