I used to go to Golden Corral when I lived in Colorado Springs.
It is a great place to eat Atkins friendly!!
Good choice.
Congratulations! We have been out twice since we started a month ago. Both times with friends and both times we didn't cheat. Colton's steak house, hold the peanuts and rolls....

Good job Val!
Like the new pic!
Christmas Boot camp is calling you! LOL
Golden Corral is where we are going tonight with friends - I think I will do just fine - I do love all those veggies - also the chicken -- I need to get back on track this week --
Hi Val, you sound upbeat and positive, great job!
I find that eating out is pretty easy when you are eating low carb...if all else fails eat a salad or steak. :) My husband and I went out twice yesterday. I got a cobb salad with blue cheese dressing at lunch and I got grilled chicken and a side salad for dinner.
I just started today...any good tips anyone can offer will be greatly appreciated!!
