I didn't realize that on FITDAY the carbs are not "Net Carbs". So I haven't been eating enough carbs OR vegie carbs. I didn'[t lose for 3 days and today I gained 1/2 pound.
Could this be what caused my stall?
The last time I did Atkins I lost 20 pounds in the first week, but since my restart 2 weeks ago I have only lost 6 pounds. I guess I was hoping for more.
Yes, this could slow you down. On the other hand, the weight doesn't come off as fast the 2nd (3rd, 4th, etc.) time around - because your body has learned not to trust you about healthy food being available. Be consistent, and it will work.
I'm always inspired by JenK's story - she lost quite a lot of weight (over 100 lbs) and went into Maintenance at a weight she was happy with. After a year in Maintenance, her body said, okay, I guess you really mean it, and dropped another 10 pounds.
If you'd like to make your fitday public, there are many here who love to help out reviewing & "tweaking" menus.
At this point, so many of the days on FitDay have been used to figure out other recipes and/or to check other foods, that I don't think any are accurate. Today, I made a chart and started to figure it like that, in writing. I was still using fitday for the figures, but not for a total. That is part of the reason my FITDAY is a mess.
It's great that you recognized that. Maybe make one particular (old) date your "figuring" date, so you've got an accurate record that you can't lose like a notebook.
On the other hand, if you never lose notebooks, this isn't a problem for you!
