I have been figuring my carbs on FitDay. My question................ does the carb count reflect the subtraction of the fiber???
I guess this is a little late to ask this question!!
No you have to subtract the fiber shown in the pie chart on your fitday.
Yikes!!!!! How could I have not known that!!!!
Wow, so that means that I only had 12 carbs today. I am full from supper, but I better eat more before i go to bed.
Is that how everyone does it?
