Nov 6, 2009 - Dec 31, 2009

In this course on OWL, you'll learn how to build upon Induction, gradually adding more nutrient-rich carbs without losing the metabolic advantages of fat burning, so that you can continue to slim down without undue hunger and cravings. We'll explore the objectives of Phase 2, how to find your threshold for carbs, troubleshoot slowdowns and decide when to move—or not move—to the next phase.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to add back new foods without gaining weight or losing control of your appetite
  • How to climb the Carb Ladder
  • How to increase your Net Carb intake in 5-gram increments
  • How to find your Carbohydrate Level for Losing (CLL)
  • How to address such challenges as plateaus and carb creep

Phase 2

Saved the PDF. It has very important information.

As petitpat, I don't like the questions about Atkins products from the survey. I also don't like that you are not directed to the next level within that lesson. But it's not too much trouble to do it myself.

Phase 2

Good information and I have downloaded the PDF for future reference. Will go back and take the Phase 1 course, as well.

I did not like that upon completion of the Lesson, you were not directed to the next level within that lesson: ie: Assignment, then Quiz, then Discussion. Also, I did not like all the Atkins product questions. Made it seem like the lessons are just a sales tool.

So for those reasons, I did not give the lesson a 5-star rating.
