Ingredients

Cup canola oil

Tablespoons red wine vinegar
2
Tablespoons unsweetened ketchup

Teaspoons granular sugar substitute (sucralose)
1/2
Teaspoon Dijon mustard

green onion, chopped

Cups mixed greens
1
small cucumber, seeded, peeled and thinly sliced
Directions
For dressing, combine oil, vinegar, ketchup, sugar substitute, mustard and green onion in a blender and blend until smooth. Add salt to taste.
Toss greens and cucumber with dressing; divide on 4 plates.
