Eggs with Avocado and Salsa with Cantaloupe and Sausage

Directions

  1. Fry eggs (scramble or poach if desired instead). 
  2. Layer avocado then eggs then top with salsa. 
  3. Heat sausage in a medium skillet over high heat for about 5 minutes, until cooked through and nicely browned on all sides.
  4. Cut cantaloupe and serve with turkey sausage and eggs.
