Ingredients

Cup chopped watercress

Cups shredded bibb lettuce

cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered

black olives, sliced
Directions
Combine chopped watercress and lettuce with quartered tomatoes and sliced olives.
Toss with low-carb dressing of your choice and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
