Grilled Salmon on Greens, Tomato and Creamy Italian Dressing

Directions

Use 2 tablespoons of the Atkins recipe: Creamy Italian Dressing.
  1. Preheat grill and season salmon with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Grill until salmon is no longer red in the center and flaky, about 5 minutes per side. Combine with salad greens and chopped tomato.
  3. Toss with 2 tablespoons Creamy Italian Dressing and top with grilled salmon.
