Use the Atkins recipe to make Aioli for this recipe.
- Broil salmon in the oven until it is no longer raw in the center. Or if salmon is from a trusted source or is sushi grade it may be cooked just until red or pink in the center.
- Meanwhile, steam or boil asparagus until tender; about 4 minutes.
- Place asparagus and salmon on a plate and drizzle with aioli.
