Salmon Steak and Asparagus with Aioli

Directions

Use the Atkins recipe to make Aioli for this recipe.

  1. Broil salmon in the oven until it is no longer raw in the center. Or if salmon is from a trusted source or is sushi grade it may be cooked just until red or pink in the center.
  2. Meanwhile, steam or boil asparagus until tender; about 4 minutes.
  3. Place asparagus and salmon on a plate and drizzle with aioli.
